Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout mainland Ecuador. For now we do not ship to the Galápagos.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders from $50. For smaller orders there is a $5.00 flat rate across mainland Ecuador (provisional rate, to be confirmed with the courier).
How long do orders take to arrive?
We process your order as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on your city delivery times to be confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments securely through PayPhone.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can split your payment into up to 12 installments with your credit card, through PayPhone. Installments are arranged with your bank and may accrue interest depending on your card terms.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. All our products are 100% original, straight from the official brands.
